Terms of Service
By using Klic (“the app”), you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Dmytro Ostapchenko.
Using the app
You may use the app to keep notes, for personal, non-commercial purposes. There is no account to create and no sign-in.
Your content
The notes you write remain yours. They are stored on your device, and we neither hold them nor claim any rights over them.
Your data is your responsibility
Because notes live only on your device, uninstalling the app, resetting the device, or losing it removes them. The deleted-notes history holds the last ten deleted notes and is not a backup. Use the export feature in settings to keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Live Activities
A pinned note is shown by iOS for a limited time and may end earlier if the system decides to end it. Do not rely on it as an alarm or a reminder for anything critical.
Analytics
The app reports anonymous usage events, described in the Privacy Policy. The text of your notes is never included.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to store unlawful content, and do not attempt to attack, overload, or reverse engineer the app or the analytics service behind it.
Updates
We may release new versions with changed or removed features. We may require a newer version before continuing to use functionality that depends on our service.
Availability
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of defects, that it will work on every device, or that data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost notes or lost time.
Ending your use
Delete the app at any time. That removes the notes it stored on your device.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
