Sticky notes that stay where you put them.

Klic is an iOS app for quick notes on a single board. You add a note, drag it where it belongs, resize it to fit what you wrote, and it is still there the next time you open the app.

The board

Every note lives on one board. Tap the plus button to add a note, tap a note to type into it, drag it by its header to move it, and pull the bottom-right corner to resize it. Changes are saved as you make them.

Colours

A note can be yellow, red, or blue, and the colour is yours to use however you like — red for the urgent thing, yellow for tasks, blue for thoughts you are still turning over. The palette button cycles a note through the three.

Red notes and the Lock Screen

A red note can be pinned to a Live Activity, which puts its text on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island for up to eight hours. One note is pinned at a time; pinning a new one replaces the previous.

Widget

A home screen widget shows the notes from your board, so you can read them without opening the app.

Deleted notes

Deleting a note moves it to the action history, where the last ten deleted notes wait to be restored with one tap. You can clear that history yourself in settings.

Your data

Your notes are stored on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, and no note syncing server. Settings can export everything to a file and import it back.
